The challenge

JLL New Zealand was turning 35. Not a milestone to mark with a brochure or a banner ad, but with something that reflected the scale, expertise and ambition of a Fortune 500 real estate firm that had spent three and a half decades shaping the New Zealand property landscape.

Edited By was commissioned to conceive, write and edit a flagship editorial magazine, the first of its kind for JLL globally, designed to speak to internal audiences and external stakeholders with equal authority.

The outcome

The magazine was unveiled at JLL's flagship annual event, The Future of Real Estate, before being circulated among key figures across the New Zealand property sector.

Think pieces, expert commentary and stakeholder interviews combined to create a publication that sparked meaningful industry conversation while showcasing the depth and breadth of JLL's expertise.
